The Developer we are looking for should have a comprehensive understanding of application
development. Initially you will have a strong UI focus, but there will be opportunities to work
other sides of application development as well. You'll work as an integral part of our
international team, designing and implementing an electronic invoice and message routing
system.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE FROM YOU?
Our ideal candidate is a person who has a diverse knowledge of technologies and has a drive
to learn more. We expect you to be able to grasp complex tasks quickly, enjoy working in
team and be eager to invest in your own professional development and want to keep your
technical toolkit up to date.
In the application development you would be joining we utilize Scala and functional
programming paradigm and hope you would have some experience of them and eagerness
to learn more. We are developing and maintaining our core business applications over long
period of time and would hope you are interested in long-term continuous development instead of short-term application
development projects.
We consider it a plus if you are comfortable in switching between different languages and
paradigms as our business product portfolio is built using different languages, technologies
and toolsets.
IN YOUR APLICATIONTION WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR:
Experience of UI development (e.g. ScalaJS, React).
Functional programming experience.
Backend knowledge and experience with REST API (e.g. Scala, Java, Python).
IN ADDITION, WE WOULD APPRECIATE VERY MUCH IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
Docker.
Relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with Cloud services.
Finally, to succeed in this role you need to work in a multinational organization within virtual teams. We collaborate with our international colleagues on a daily basis and English is our official language.
