We are looking for a Senior Engineer / DevOps for one of our good clients in IT field.
Ever get bored with system administrator or software developer tasks? Switch to DevOps! DevOps teams have end-to-end responsibility and use a wide range of technologies. As a part of the DevOps team, you will:
Implement Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment.
Evangelize about latest DevOps practices.
Participate in DevOps transformation projects
Apply Infrastructure as Code principles
Provision a range of OS (Ubuntu/RedHat/CentOS/Windows/Solaris)
Automate builds and deployments with Maven, Grunt, Gradle, Jenkins, and others
Contribute to and use open source projects like ADOP
Share your knowledge with students in DevOps guest lectures
Participate in DevOps events (e.g. meetups).
Requirements for SRE team:
Required:
Container Technology;
Terraform;
AWS ECS;
AWS Cloudformation;
AWS Hands-on experience;
Linux experience;
Experience dealing with a P1 incident;
Datadog/Splunk experience.
Preferred but not requred:
Azure DevOps.
Python.
Nice to have:
Java;
Additional information :
Location: Riga, Latvia.
Contract: 6 months with option to extend.
Monthly Salary range from 3600 EUR up to 5200 EUR gross
