We are looking for an Enterprise Architect Data & Analytics

This is the job:

• Develop and lead both short-term and long-term group-wide data technology and architecture roadmaps and transition plans;
• Support the build-up of a group-wide Data Governance program;
• Drive adoption and implementation of Privacy By Design considerations;
• Drive creation and adoption of common data services using data held within information domains;
• Drive common data model(s) adoption in the datawarehouse and analytics domains, also across business domains;
• Resolve ambiguities, conflicts and deviations regarding integrations;
• Lead the information management discussions and decision making with business IT stakeholders on senior level;
• Make architecture decisions for data warehousing platforms;
• Recommend architecture decisions for preferred non-client data integration solutions;
• Develop and maintain group-wide Analytics standards, frameworks and architecture;
• Develop and lead both short-term and long-term group-wide Analytics technology and architecture roadmaps and transition plans; 
• Drive Analytics platform adoption by enabling projects and initiatives leveraging highly reusable designs and components; 
• Evaluate and recommend new Analytics technologies, products and methodologies to drive innovation, improve delivery efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership;

Required experience and competencies for this position:

• Strong skills in information management and information architecture and excellent analytical skills;
• The ability to translate and communicate complex and abstract architecture concepts in ways the can be understood by many diverse audiences;
• Understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of situations and balance the two to maximize benefit to the organization; 
• Strong written (both presentations and documents) and verbal communication; 
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to generate stakeholder buy-ins and lead through influence.
