IT User Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT User Support Specialist for one of our good clients in the Insurance field.

POSITION

You will be responsible for
Service of computer workstations;
Maintenance and troubleshooting of computer, office and network equipment;
MS Windows Server administration;
Preparation of new jobs;
Employee consulting on IT issues;
Preparation and updating of documentation.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • If you have understanding of IT user-support
  • if you put passion and energy in everything you do and get satisfaction from it,
  • if you are results-driven person and have a mindset that allows you to always think out of the box,

REQUIREMENTS

  • Work experience in the field of Information Technology at least 2 years;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • MS Windows and MS Office installation/administration experience;
  • MS Windows Server installation/administration experience;
  • Office 365 administration experience;
  • Ability to solve problems, work in a team;
  • Knowledge of computer equipment;
  • Personal qualities - responsibility, dutifulness, diligence, flexibility, communication

1400-1800 €/month. before tax
