We are looking for a Power BI Developer (Consultant) for one of our good clients from Sweden.

Our client is a company dedicated to helping businesses efficiently analyze their data and make informed decisions. By offering comprehensive data analytics solutions, our client assists businesses in optimizing their operations, identifying growth opportunities, and staying ahead in today's competitive environment.

Responsibilities:

• The specialist should have a strong background and hands-on experience working with Power BI for at least 3-4 years.
• The specialist should possess a deep understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and be able to effectively apply DAX functions and calculations to analyze data.
• The specialist should have a good command of Power Query, enabling them to perform data transformations, such as cleaning, shaping, and combining data from various sources, to ensure accurate and reliable insights.
• Develop visually compelling reports and dashboards: The specialist should have the ability to create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, presenting data insights in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements:

• Strong skill set in designing and developing Power BI datasets and reports, including data modeling, creating relationships, implementing calculations and measures, and visualizing data in an impactful way.
• Familiarity with the process of publishing Power BI reports to the Power BI service or other platforms, configuring data refresh schedules, and ensuring secure sharing and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering training sessions or providing user support to business users of Power BI. Applicants should possess strong communication and teaching skills to effectively educate and empower users to leverage the capabilities of Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in the English language.

Additional Information:

• Work hours: 8 hours per day (Swedish time zone).
• Work mode: Remote (from Riga).
• Project duration: Starting with 6 months.
• Possible business trips: Once a month to Sweden.
• Hourly rate: Starting from 25 Euro/h.
