Brief Summary of Role

A Senior Technical Lead in SharePoint & .Net area designs and implements the key technical components of the products of Company. Senior Technical Lead is proactive participant in Pre-Sales phase of potential projects & business cases, what requires good presentation and argumentation skills.

A person in this role helps his technical team members to develop and provide the project deliverables.  The Senior Technical Lead reduces the overall project technical risk by uncovering design issues early in the project life-cycle, shares implementation best practices, and recommends solution alternatives.  Additionally, the Senior Technical Lead partners with other technical specialists to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.  This is a hands-on role that requires significant technical experience and abilities to become informal technology leader among technical specialists.

During your day as Senior Technical Lead you will:

  • Oversee all activities within a team.
  • Decide how to approach tasks and develop a plan to accomplish them.
  • Suggest new approaches to services, Software Development Life Cycle processes and code.
  • Write reusable and well-tested software code based on input requirements and available documentation.
  • Use enterprise collaboration environment and code versioning tools to upload your work and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Keep track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents
  • Determine the goals that team members will work toward in order to ensure more effective products & applications delivery.

As Senior Technical Lead you:

  • Have extensive knowledge in OOP practices and Design Patterns.
  • Have 8+ years’ experience designing and developing web applications using: ASP.NET, C#, MS SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SOAP/REST. 
  • Have practical experience in building corporate applications ECMs and Workflow systems. Experience in building ERPs, CRMs, etc. will be considered as an advantage.
  • Are familiar with writing unit-tests and, ideally, TDD strategies.
  • Can clearly communicate goals, progress, and technical proposals to stakeholders.
  • Are always improving yourself and our client's experience.
  • Have experience in mentoring and leading development teams, participating in workshops and regular client meetings.
  • Have experience in creating design document, project plan and implementation plan for the corresponding solution.
  • Have strong verbal and written communications skills.

Good to have, but not a must: 

  • SharePoint knowledge will be considered as plus.
